Description

Your one-stop solution for HbA1c, lipids, and CRP testing in primary care settings

The cobas b 101 system is a state-of-the-art point-of-care (POC) analysis system specifically designed for the rapid and reliable measurement of CRP (C-reactive protein), HbA1c (hemoglobin A1c) and lipid profile. It provides an efficient solution for healthcare professionals in surgeries and clinics to perform on-site diagnoses and plan treatments in a timely manner. The system allows direct use without prior warm-up of the reagent slides, saving time and increasing efficiency. Samples can be applied directly to the test disk without the need for additional capillaries, tubes or pipettes. This facilitates handling and minimizes the risk of errors. With the cobas® b 101 system, users obtain results comparable to those of large-scale laboratory analyses, ensuring diagnostic accuracy. The system meets all relevant standards of the International Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (IFCC), the Diabetes Control and Complications Trial (DCCT) and the National Cholesterol Education Program (NCEP). The short analysis time of less than 6 minutes for the lipid profile and HbA1c and less than 4 minutes for CRP means that diagnoses can be made quickly and treatments can be planned effectively. In addition, the cobas® b 101 system enables seamless integration with existing POC IT solutions, improving data management and optimizing patient care. Overall, the cobas® b 101 system provides a powerful and user-friendly solution for near-patient diagnostics, helping healthcare professionals to make quick and accurate diagnoses and ensure the best possible treatment for their patients.
